Has been working in the field of real estate since 2005. During this period she developed more than 100 concepts of various real estate objects. Prior to RSP incorporation she was the head of NAI Becar Consulting Department in Saint Petersburg. After that she worked at the Department of Investment and Corporate Analysis of State Public Institution Transportation Organizer of the Department of Transport of the Government of Moscow.
Education: In 2003 graduated from Kuybyshev Moscow State University of Civil Engineering with honor. Occupational retraining in assessment of company/business value – diploma with honor. During education participated in various research and training conferences, has publications in collected works of young scientists, post-graduate students and doctoral students. While doctoral studies she was engaged in pedagogical practice for students majoring in city-planning.
Development and consulting business. Iliya started his career in the field of real estate in 2003 at the position of Director of Marketing at investment and construction corporation Barkli. Then worked at Swiss Realty Group, where from scratch built business of Consulting and Evaluation Department, co-founded consulting company S.A.Ricci and a decade later together with partners founded RSP.
Among his recent major projects – redevelopment of Tryokhgornaya Manufactory, Rubliovo-Arhangelskoe Residential Complex (460 ha), Novo-Peredelkino Trading Center, number of projects for consulting of the largest developers such as PIK Group of Companies, Krost Concern, Tekta Group, Morton Group of Companies, VTB Real Estate, City, OJSC, and Rubliovo-Arhangelskoe, CJSC (Sberbank).
Assessment of investment attractiveness of assets; analysis of objects taking into account the possibility of further adaptation; analysis of the urban planning documentation of all stages; purchase and sale of land plots and real estate; “packing” of assets for further implementation; support of investment transactions.
Aleksandra Tsaruk (Smirnova) has been working on the real estate market more than 16 years. Over this period she sold in total about 140 000 sq. m of commercial real estate.
Prior to joining в RSP team, Aleksandra worked at Petersburg Real Estate Company at the position of Chief Development Officer, at NAI Becar – as Investment Brokerage Department Head and as Office Real Estate Department Head at Astera. Graduated from D.F. Ustinov State Technical University “Voenmex” specializing in Engineer of Automatic Control Systems.
Graduated from Moscow State Pedagogical University, completed training at A.F. Konto Business School majoring in Company Management. She started the career in the field of real estate in 2014 at the position of Managing Director Assistant of the Assets Management Department at NAI Becar. During her work participated in development of business plans and concepts for the largest developers of Moscow ad Saint Petersburg including residential projects, apartment hotels, classic hotels, hostels and other types of commercial real estate. Has experience in negotiations with international hospitality providers and in agreement of commercial conditions.
Moreover, Lyudmila participated in launching of VOX Hotel located in the center of Saint Petersburg and its further management.
Many years of experience in management of international projects in the field of R&D and construction of oil production facilities at Lukoil Company. Organization, control and administration of architectural and design organization. Has been working at the field of residential and commercial real estate since 2005.
During the period of activity successfully completed tasks on marketing management and brokerage in the number of projects in the market of new buildings; implemented the projects on preparation of packages of enabling documentation and further implementation of investment projects for retail and residential real estate by third party investor; implemented the land development project for construction of low-rise suburban housing.
In 2014 graduated from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University majoring in Public Relations. She started the career in the field of real estate at NAI Becar Company where she worked at the position of PR-project Manager for about 3 years. At NAI Becar she was responsible for promotion of the management company, Assets and Investments Management Department, Miran Data Center, Crystal shopping mall in Tyumen and apartment hotel of Vertical chain – one of the first facilities of this format in Russia. Anna started her work at RSP from organization of activities of the internal PR-service within of which now she is responsible for communication with mass medium and company brand positioning in general.
In 2018 additionally completed courses Language of Modern Advertising and Mass Media of Saint Petersburg State University. Now she is a student of Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University majoring in Advertising and Public Relations. Prior to joining RSP team she worked at Gorbilet, LLC at the position of Partnership Manager and at Promobot Partner, NADOSKAKH companies as Sales Manager. In Personal Changes Institute project hold position of Leading Marketer, participated in support and development of SMM-projects.
At RSP she is responsible for development of concepts for support of marketing projects (company website, landing pages) by means of Digital Marketing instruments, creation, maintenance, monitoring and optimization of advertising campaigns in Internet, competitive playing field audit, e-mail marketing, development and implementation of remarketing campaigns, lead generation.
